We fulfill orders on Monday.
All orders are shipped from Turkey, using PTT Turkish Post for international orders. Each order will be shipped with a tracking code.The tracking code will be included in the shipping confirmation e-mail that you will receive when your order is shipped. To track your order, please enter the tracking code here. Orders within Turkey will be shipped using MNN Kargo.
We charge a flat rate shipping cost for each order. This means you can add as many products to the cart as you like. Please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout.

FAQ
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped from Turkey. Orders within Turkey generally take a few days. European orders generally take 1-4 weeks. Orders outside Europe can take 3-5 weeks.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate shipping cost for each order. Shipping to Turkey costs €3. Shipping to Europe costs €10. Shipping to the rest of the world costs €15.
I submitted the wrong address at checkout, what can I do?
If you submitted the wrong address, please contact info@cerendabag.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
Do you accept returns?
If Ceren Dabag Shop is at fault, for example if your item is sent in error (wrong item, etc.) or are defective (misprinted) we will cover our your order with new product.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages, losses or delays incurred by PostPTT or any other shipping service. If you experience any damages, losses or other issues with shipping, please contact info@cerendabag.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will see if there is anything we can do to help.
